The technology allows personalization with variable data — text and graphics — turning each piece into a unique footprint.
The varnish has a gloss 99 GU and can be up to 10 times more embossed than the standard one. Fine details are reproduced perfectly, whether it is dense objects or raster backgrounds, thanks to a system of cameras that scan each sheet individually. Variation in volume and texture is possible — from 20 to 70 microns — in a single application.
Digital 3D UV varnish is suitable for business cards, catalogs, invitations, PVC cards, cards and any products where texture speaks.
